As
a certified IT professional with over 12 years of ongoing private and
public-sector experience in IT technician, network administration and
technical support roles I saw there was a demand for a mobile IT support
service specifically tailored to the requirements of small business
and home users which was not being met adequately or at reasonable
cost by existing companies within the area.
It
was in response to this demand that I established Nibbles
‘N’ Bytes in 2007.
By offering a mobile IT support service without the overheads of
business premises, staff and advertising I try to keep prices
competitive and am pleased to report that demand has been steadily
increasing year-on-year, with the majority of new business coming via
recommendations from previous clients.
